Human Factor Mural
An engaging and collaborative workshop to explore the human factors involved in change and identify individual and collective levers for accelerating behavioral change.
The Human Factor Mural is a collaborative learning experience guided by a facilitator. Participants start by identifying a behavior they want to change, then explore how emotions, cognitive biases, and other human factors can act both as barriers and as levers for change across teams, organizations, and transition contexts.
